耳穴压豆治疗产后缺乳临床观察

Clinical Observation on Auricular Acupoint Pressing Bean in the Treatment of Postpartum Hypogalactia

目的探讨耳穴压豆治疗产后缺乳的临床效果。方法以在成都市三家三级妇幼保健院住院分娩符合产后缺乳的446例患者为研究对象,通过统计学方法分析耳穴压豆治疗前后血清泌乳素、病情综合评分、添加代母乳量差异。结果耳穴压豆治疗前后比较:患者的泌乳素水平上升,中位数分别为6252.50 mIU/L和6731.00 mIU/L,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);患者的综合病情评分下降,中位数分别为5分和3分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);患者添加代母乳量减少,中位数分别为55 mL和30 mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论耳穴压豆治疗产后缺乳有较好的效果,且安全、经济,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean on postpartum hypogalactia.Methods The patients who delivered in three tertiary maternal and child health care hospitals in Chengdu were enrolled.The differences of serum prolactin level,comprehensive score of condition and the amount of added milk were analyzed before and after auricular acupoint bean pressing treatment.Results Before and after auricular acupoint pressing bean treatment,the level of prolactin in patients increased,the median was 6252.50 mIU/L and 6731.00 mIU/L,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).The patients’comprehensive disease score decreased,with a median of 5 and 3 points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The amount of milk substitutes added in patients decreased,with a median of 55 mL and 30 mL,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The auricular acupoint pressing bean has good curative effect in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia,and it is safe,economical and worth popularizing.
