温针治疗风寒束表型慢性荨麻疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria with Superficies Tightened By Wind-cold Type

目的探讨温针治疗风寒束表型慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选择2020年6月—2021年8月在怀化市中医医院确诊为慢性荨麻疹风寒束表型患者62例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组。分别采用温针和口服盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗,观察比较2组临床各症状改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗前2组临床症状评分、皮肤病生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组经治疗症状均有好转,但治疗结束后治疗组慢性荨麻疹临床症状评分、生活质量评分较对照组低(P<0.05),且不良反应少。结论温针明显改善风寒束表型慢性荨麻疹的临床症状,且无不良反应,临床疗效优于服用盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on chronic urticaria with superficies tightened by wind-cold type.Methods 61 cases of chronic urticaria with superficies tightened by wind-cold type patients diagnosed in Huaihua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,and warm acupuncture and oral levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules were used,respectively.The improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom score and skin disease quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved,but after treatment,the clinical symptom score and quality of life score of chronic urticaria in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were less.Conclusion Warm acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms without adverse reactions,and is better than that of levocetirizine hydrochloride capsule.
