壮医药线点灸对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者肠道菌群的影响

The Effect of Zhuang Medicated Thread Moxibustion on Intestinal Flora of Patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的观察壮医药线点灸联合口服莫沙必利对糖尿病性胃轻瘫(Diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)患者肠道菌群的影响及其临床疗效。方法将60例DGP患者按随机对照方法分成A组(30例)、B组(30例),A组予壮医药线点灸+口服莫沙必利,B组单纯口服莫沙必利。通过随机研究,观察DGP患者肠道菌群及胃排空在治疗前后的变化。结果A组肠杆菌、肠球菌数量明显较干预前下降(P<0.05),而乳杆菌、双歧杆菌数量较干预前升高(均P<0.05);B组肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量干预后较干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组临床总有效率为76.67%(23/30),高于B组的50.00%(15/30),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医药线点灸联合莫沙必利治疗DGP效果确切,并对患者肠道菌群有一定改善作用,可在临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion on diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods Sixty patients with DGP were divided into group A and group B(30 cases in each group)according to the principle of randomized control.Group A was given moxibustionand oral moxapride,and group B was given moxapride alone.A randomized study was conducted to observe the changes of intestinal flora and gastric emptying in DGP patients before and after treatment.A randomized study was conducted to observe the changes of intestinal flora and gastric emptying in DGP patients before and after treatment.Results The number of Enterobacterium and Enterococcus in group A was significantly decreased compared with before intervention(P<0.05),while the number of Lactobacillus and bifidobacterium was increased compared with before intervention(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of enterobacterium,enterococcus,bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in group B after intervention compared with before intervention(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate of group A was 76.67%(23/30),which was higher than that of group B(50.00%,15/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion has a definite effect on DGP,and it can improve the intestinal flora of patients.It is worthy of further clinical application.
