续命汤外用治疗中风病的护理观察

Observation on External Application of Xuming Decoction in the Treatment of Stroke

目的分析续命汤外用对于中风病的临床效果。方法选择2019年7月—2020年12月江西省安远县人民医院中风病患者80例。以随机双盲法为准,观察组计入40例,进行常规康复治疗加续命汤外用干预;对照组计入40例,进行常规康复治疗。对比中医症状积分、肢体运动功能和心理状态评分。结果干预前,2组的中医症状积分、肢体运动功能评分和心理状态评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的中医症状积分低于对照组,肢体运动功能评分高于对照组,心理状态评分同样低于对照组,以上数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为中风病患者实行续命汤外用加常规康复治疗可改善其中医症状,调节负面心理,且能恢复肢体运动功能,实用性较强。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xuming decoction in the treatment of stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke were selected from Anyang People’s Hospital from July 2019 to December 2020.40 patients in the observation group were included in the randomized double-blind method and received routine rehabilitation therapy and topical intervention of Xuming decoction.The control group included 40 cases and received routine rehabilitation treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,motor function and mental state score were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,limb motor function score and mental state score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the body motor function score was higher than that of the control group,and the psychological state score was also lower than that of the control group.The difference between the above data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Xuming decoction and routine rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients can improve their TCM syndrome,regulate negative psychology,and restore limb motor function as much as possible.
