基于阴平阳秘理论探讨滋阴扶阳复方中药在肝癌中线粒体自噬Parkin通路的研究

Research on Nourishing Yin and Supporting Yang Compound Chinese Medicine in the Parkin Pathway of Mitochondrion Autophagy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Based on the Theory of Relative Equilibrium of Yin-yang

“阴平阳秘,精神乃治”出自《黄帝内经》,按照中医学理论,这是人体的生理常态,当该常态被打破的时候将会出现疾病,肝癌作为一种危害人类健康的肿瘤,此研究主要应用“阴平阳秘”理论及滋阴(六味地黄丸)扶阳(四逆汤)复方中药在肝癌中的线粒体自噬机制。到目前为止,哺乳动物的线粒体自噬调控机制包括以下2个方面理论:一种是Parkin依赖性的,即Parkin/PINK1介导型;另一种是Parkin非依赖性的,主要包含FUNDC1参与的缺氧介导型与Bnip3/Nix介导型2种类型。PINK1/Parkin介导型占主导作用,能够确保线粒体发挥应有的功能。

“Relative equilibrium of yin-yang,the spirit governs”comes from Neijing.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this is the physiological normal state of human body.When this normal state is broken,diseases will appear.As a kind of tumor,liver cancer endangers human health.This study mainly applied the theory of“relative equilibrium of yin-yang”to explore the mechanism of mitochondrial autophagy of nourishing yin(Liuwei Dihuang pill)supporting yang(Sini decoction)in liver cancer.Up to now,mammalian mitochondrial autophagy regulation mechanism includes the following two aspects:one is Parkin dependent,namely Parkin/PINK1 mediated.The other is Parkin independent,mainly including fundc1 involved hypoxia mediated and BNIP3 mediated/There are two types of Nix mediated type.The related studies have pointed out that PINK1/Parkin mediated type plays a dominant role,which can ensure that mitochondria play their due functions.This project is mainly based on the theory of“relative equilibrium of yin-yang”to explore the Parkin pathway mechanism of mitochondrial autophagy in liver cancer.
