习近平法治思想是在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家的原创性法治理论成果。其在理论上厘清了全面依法治国与全面建设社会主义现代国家之间的关系,通过对法治现代化理论及其源远的宏观梳理与重述,将党的二十大报告的法治建设专章和法治现代化经典范式衔接起来。其在思想上拓展了立足于中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信、全面推进依法治国、加快建设法治中国的广阔空间,消除了过去几十年附加在法治现代化理论研究之上的诸多犹疑和误区,为反思传统的法治现代化理论,建构新时代中国特色社会主义法学理论奠定了重要基石,使之真正成为吸收古今中外法治进步成果、对世界法治文明和人类法治文化具有原创性理论贡献的法治理论体系。

To fully build a modern socialist country on the track of law,theoretically outlines the relationship between the comprehensive construction of Law-Based Governance and a socialist modern state.By macroscopically combing and restating the theory of the modernization of the Rule of Law and its sources,this thesis connects Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law with the special chapter on the Rule of Law and the classical paradigm of the modernization of the Rule of Law in the report of the 20th National Congress,and discovers its original contribution combined with the practice of the new era.From the perspective of ideology,it has expanded the broad space for advancing law-based governance in all fields and accelerating the construction of law-based China based on the confidence of the path,theory,system and culture of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.It has eliminated many doubts and misunderstandings attached to the theoretical research on the modernization of the Rule of Law in the past decades,and laid an important foundation for the reflection on the traditional modernization of the Rule of Law Theory and the construction of the legal theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era.It has truly become a theoretical system of the Rule of Law that absorbs the achievements of the progress of the rule of law at all times at home and abroad,and had original theoretical contributions to the worldwide rule of law civilization and human rule of law culture.
