摘要
受新冠肺炎疫情影响,医院招聘工作面临巨大挑战,人力资源管理加快向数字化转型。文章分析了A医院在疫情防控常态化背景下医院招聘工作面临的挑战,介绍了其人才招聘创新实践的具体做法及成效,提出了疫情防控常态化背景下医院人才招聘的建议,以期为医院招聘管理提供新思路。
Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic,hospitals are facing great challenges in recruitment,and the transformation to digitization is accelerated in human resource management.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by hospital recruitment under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control,introduces the specific practices and results of its innovative practice in talent recruitment,and puts forward suggestions on talent recruitment under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control,in order to provide new ideas for hospital recruitment management.
