不同营养元素配施对美国红栌叶色表达的影响

摘要 在田间条件下,设置无肥对照、氮磷、氮钾、磷钾、氮磷钾5个处理,研究不同营养元素配合施用对美国红栌叶色表达的影响。结果表明,从不同营养元素配施对美国红栌花色素苷含量、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量的影响来看,氮磷钾配合施用促进作用最明显;从不同营养元素配施对苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的影响来看,氮磷钾、氮钾配合施用在9月至10月可使该酶活性处于较高值;从不同营养元素配施对可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响来看,氮磷钾配施的效果明显优于其他处理。综上所述,氮磷钾配合施用是促进美国红栌叶色表达的最优处理。 5 treatments including non-fertilizer control,nitrogen-phosphorus,nitrogen-potassium,phosphorus-potassium and nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium were set up under field conditions to study the effect of combined application of different nutrient elements on the leaf color expression of Cotinus coggygria.The results showed that the promotional effect of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium combined application on anthocyanin content,chlorophyll content and carotenoid content of Cotinus coggygria was the most significant.From the effects of different nutrient elements combined application on the activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,the combined application of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium and nitrogen-potassium and potassium kept the enzyme activity at a high value from September to October.From the impact of different nutrient elements combined application on the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein,the effect of combined application of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium was significantly better than other treatments.In summary,the combined application of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium was the optimal treatment for promoting the expression of leaf color in Cotinus coggygria.
