摘要
笔者测定了取食不同寄主的云杉花墨天牛成虫体内α-淀粉酶、胃蛋白酶和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性。结果表明,寄主植物对云杉花墨天牛成虫体内的α-淀粉酶、胃蛋白酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性有明显影响。取食油松的天牛成虫α-淀粉酶活性显著高于取食雪松和白皮松的;取食白皮松的天牛成虫胃蛋白酶活性最高,在10 d后和15 d后显著高于取食油松和雪松的;取食油松和白皮松的天牛成虫谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性显著高于取食雪松的。
The activity ofα-amylase,pepsin and glutathione S-transferase in the adult Monochamus saltuarius Gebler feeding on different hosts was measured.The results showed that the host plant had significant effects on the enzyme activities ofα-amylase,pepsin and glutathione S-transferase in the adult Monochamus saltuarius Gebler.The activity ofα-amylase of the adult fed on Pinus tabuliformis was significantly higher than those fed on Cedrus deodara and Pinus bungeana.The activity of pepsin of the adult fed on Pinus bungeana was the highest,which was significantly higher than those fed on Pinus tabuliformis and Cedrus deodara after feeding 10 days and 15 days.The activity of glutathione S-transferase of the adult fed on Pinis tabuliformis and Pinus bungeana was significantly higher than those fed on Cedrus deodara.
