基于中西医临床病证特点的稳定性冠心病动物模型分析

Animal Models of Stable Coronary Artery Disease Based on Characteristics of Clinical Symptoms of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

冠心病(Coronary Heart Disease,CHD)是严重危害人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病,稳定性冠心病(Stable coronary heart disease,SCAD)是临床常见的冠心病类型之一,其发病率是心肌梗死的2倍,发病趋势逐渐年轻化,故建立合适的稳定性冠心病动物模型对其诊断及研究有重大意义。本文基于稳定性冠心病的中西医临床病证特点,病因病机、临床诊断标准和中医辨证分型,对目前常见的稳定性冠心病动物模型进行归纳总结,现有造模方法主要有饮食诱导法、手术干预法、药物诱导法、基因敲除法以及各种方法的串联结合。因此,本研究综合分析具有中西医临床病证特点的各类稳定性冠心病动物模型,分析模型的优缺点及其与中西医临床特征的吻合度,为以后的稳定性冠心病模型的建立提供参考意见,使其更加贴近于临床。

Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a chronic non-infectious disease which seriously endangers human health.Stable coronary artery disease(SCAD)is one of the common clinical CHD types,and its incidence rate is 2 times of myocardial infarction,which the incidence trend is gradually younger.Therefore,establishing an animal model of SCAD is of great significance for its diagnosis and clinical prevention and treatment.Based on the clinical characteristics of SCAD in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical diagnostic criteria,and TCM syndrome differentiation,this paper summarized the common animal models of SCAD,mainly including diet induction,surgical intervention,drug induction,gene knockout,and the series combination of various methods.Therefore,this paper summarized the animal models of SCAD with the clinical syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the models and their consistency with the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine,thereby providing references for the establishment of animal models of SCAD in the future and making them closer to the clinic.
