基于数据挖掘的中药治疗单胺类神经递质紊乱疾病用药规律分析 被引量:1

Data Mining-Based Analysis of Medication Rules of Chinese Herbs for Treatment of Monoamine Neurotransmitter Disorders

摘要 目的:通过对中药治疗单胺类神经递质紊乱疾病的研究进行用药规律分析,为中药预防和治疗精神疾病提供参考。方法:查阅文献,检索相关数据库,收集中药治疗单胺类神经递质紊乱疾病的研究,建立数据文件。采用频数统计、关联规则分析和聚类分析的方法,分析用药规律。结果:共筛选出66个中药单体成分和217首中药复方,含中药242味,其中白芍、川芎、茯苓、柴胡使用频数最多,功效分类以补虚药最为常见,药味以苦、甘为主,药性以温、寒居多,归经以肾经最多,心经次之;白芍临床常用量以10 g、15 g居多,川芎、茯苓及柴胡均为10 g;关联规则分析得到10种关联强度高的中药组合;聚类分析可将中药分为4类。结论:运用现代信息技术进行分析,得到最关键的中药配伍、用量和高频疾病类型,对减少化学药物的使用以及中药治疗单胺类神经递质紊乱疾病新药的研发均具有重要意义。 Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Chinese herbs in the treatment of monoamine neurotransmitter disorders,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of mental diseases with Chinese herbs.Methods:The studies concerning the treatment of monoamine neurotransmitter disorders with Chinese herbs were retrieved from relevant databases.Based on the constructed data file,the frequency,association rule,and cluster analysis was conducted for figuring out the medication rules.Results:A total of 66 Chinese herbal monomers and 217 Chinese herbal compounds were screened out,covering 242 Chinese herbs.The most frequently used ones were Baishao(白芍),Chuanxiong(川芎),Fuling(茯苓),and Chaihu(柴胡),which were classified into Buxu(补虚)type and characterized by Ku(苦)and Gan(甘)in Wei(味)and Wen(温)and Han(寒)in Xing(性),mostly acting on Shenjing(肾经),followed by Xinjing(心经).In clinical medication,Baishao(白芍)was mainly dosed at 10 g or 15 g,and Chuanxiong(川芎),Fuling(茯苓),and Chaihu(柴胡)at 10 g.The association rule analysis revealed ten herbal combinations with high association intensity.According to the cluster analysis,these Chinese herbs could be clustered into four categories.Conclusion:The analysis based on modern information technology has uncovered the core combinations of Chinese herbs and their dosages and indications,which is of great significance for reducing the use of chemical drugs and the research and development of new drugs for the treatment of monoamine neurotransmitter disorders.
