辽宁持续优化跨省异地就医服务的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Continuous Optimization of Cross-provincial Services for Medical Treatment in Liaoning Province

持续优化跨省异地就医服务是增强医疗保障公平性的重要措施。从2016年开始,辽宁异地就医服务进入快车道,结算范围从省内扩大到省外,结算内容从住院医疗费用扩大到普通门诊、门诊慢特病医疗费用及定点医药机构购药费用。尽管辽宁跨省异地就医服务取得了阶段性成效,但仍存在着诸多亟待解决的问题。本文结合辽宁异地就医实际情况,提出相应对策建议,竭力为人民群众提供高效便捷的跨省异地就医服务,不断提升人民群众跨省异地就医获得感、幸福感和满意度。

Optimizing cross-provincial medical services continually is an important measure to enhance the equity of medical security.Since 2016,Liaoning's cross-provincial medical services have entered the fast track,with the settlement scope expanded from within the province to outside,and the settlement content expanded from in-patient medical expenses to general out-patient medical expenses,out-patient medical expenses for chronic special diseases and drug purchase expenses of designated medical institutions.Although Liaoning's cross-provincial medical services have achieved phased results,but there are still some urgent problems to be solved,there is still a long way to go for Liaoning's cross-provincial medical services.Based on the actual situation of Liaoning province,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the people to provide efficient and convenient cross-provincial medical services,and constantly to improve the cross-provincial people's senses of gain,happiness and satisfaction.
