蒲元和胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的Meta分析

Puyuan Hewei Capsules as Therapy for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis:A Meta-analysis

目的评价蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法计算机检索the Cochrane library、Embase、Pubmed、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台和中国期刊全文数据库,搜集蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联疗法治疗CAG的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间均从建库至2021年12月。采用Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入4个RCT,共500例患者(观察组253例,对照组247例)。Meta分析结果显示:与三联疗法相比,蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联疗法在临床症状和体征缓解总有效率(RR=1.29,95%CI:1.00~1.65,P=0.05),胃镜检查总有效率(RR=1.34,95%CI:1.23~1.45,P<0.00001),病理检查总有效率(RR=1.39,95%CI:1.17~1.66,P=0.0002)方面更优,差异有统计学意义。结论采用蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联疗法治疗CAG疗效显著。

Objective To systematically assess the efficacy of Puyuan Heiwei(PYHW)capsules in combination with triple regimen(TR)for in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods We electronically searched the Cochrane library,Embase,Pubmed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database from inception to December 2021,to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT)of PYHW capsules in combination with TR in the treatment of CAG.Revman 5.4 software was utilized to perform the Meta-analysis.Results A total of 4 RCT containing 500 patients(253 cases in the experimental group and 247 cases in the control group)were included in the final analysis.The results of meta-analysis showed that:Compared with TR,total effect rate of improving clinical symptoms(RR=1.29,95%CI:1.00~1.65,P=0.05),total effect rate of gastroscopy(RR=1.34,95%CI:1.23~1.45,P<0.00001),the effect rate of pathology(RR=1.39,95%CI:1.17~1.66,P=0.0002)of PYHW combined with TR were superior to the TR group alone,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion The treatment of CAG with PYHW Capsule combined with triple therapy has significant effect.
