加味顺气导痰汤联合牛黄清心丸治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction combined with Niuhuang Qingxin Pill in the Treatment of Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨加味顺气导痰汤联合牛黄清心丸治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月于石景山区五里坨医院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者48例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各24例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,观察组同时给予加味顺气导痰汤联合牛黄清心丸治疗,比较两组患者治疗有效率、精神症状评分、炎症因子指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的54.17%(P<0.05);治疗前两组精神症状评分和炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组精神症状评分和炎症因子水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味顺气导痰汤联合牛黄清心丸治疗,在缓解精神分裂症患者临床症状、提高临床疗效的同时还能减轻神经细胞炎症损伤程度,有利于抑制患者炎症反应,提升整体治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction combined with Niuhuang Qingxin Pill in the treatment of schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 48 schizophrenic patients diagnosed in Wulituo Hospital,Shijingshan District,Beijing from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction combined with Niuhuang Qingxin Pill on the basis of treatment in the control group.The scores of psychiatric symptoms,treatment efficiency,incidence of adverse reactions and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(54.17%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in mental symptom score and inflammatory factor level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental symptoms and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction combined with Niuhuang Qingxin Pill in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia has a significant effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients but also reduce the degree of nerve cell inflammation damage,which is beneficial to inhibit the inflammatory response of patients,improve the overall treatment effect.
