通络开痹片治疗瘀血阻络型骨关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Tongluo Kaibi Tablet in the Treatment of Congestion blocking Osteoarthritis

目的探讨通络开痹片治疗瘀血阻络型骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月至2022年2月新疆伊犁州奎屯医院收治的84例瘀血阻络型骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组采取口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组采取口服通络开痹片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状、体征积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组关节静息痛和平地行走痛评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组关节压痛和晨僵评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。结论通络开痹片治疗瘀血阻络型骨关节炎可明显改善患者临床症状、体征,提高临床疗效,是瘀血阻络型骨关节炎患者较为理想的选择。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongluo kaibi tablet in the treatment of congestion blocking osteoarthritis. Methods From February 2019 to February 2022, 84 patients with congestion blocking osteoarthritis treated in Kuitun Hospital of Yili Prefecture were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into 42 cases of observation group and 42 cases of control group. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets, and the observation group was treated with Tongluo kaibi tablets. The scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of joint rest pain and walking pain in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of joint tenderness and morning stiffness in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%, significantly higher than 78.57% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tongluo kaibi tablet can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs and clinical efficacy of patients with congestion blocking osteoarthritis.It is an ideal choice for patients with congestion blocking osteoarthritis.
