摘要
目的比较《中华人民共和国药典》2020版、GB/T601-2016中盐酸滴定液的配制与标定方法异同。方法采用滴定分析法:以无水碳酸钠为基准试剂,甲基红-溴甲酚绿为指示剂,以基准试剂的取用量和标定中滴定液的用量,计算浓度值、F值。结果按《中华人民共和国药典》2020版,得F值=1.06,按GB/T601-2016,得浓度值为0.1056mol/L;稀释后重新标定,两标准滴定结果相同;优化配制方法后,采用《中华人民共和国药典》2020版标准标定,方法1:F值为1.00,方法2:F值为1.02。结论采用优化后的配制方法和《中华人民共和国药典》2020版标定方法,可缩短0.1 mol/L盐酸滴定液标定时间,提高工作效率。
Objective To compare the preparation and calibration methods of hydrochloric acid titration solution in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and GB/T601-2016.Methods Volumetric analysis method was used:with anhydrous sodium carbonate as the reference reagent,methyl red-bromocresol green as the indicator,and the concentration value and F value were calculated according to the amount of the reference reagent and the amount of titrant in the calibration.Results According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the F value is 1.06,and the concentration value of GB/T601-2016 is 0.1056 mol/L;recalibrate after dilution,and the titration results of the two standards are the same;the preparation method is optimized,and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia is used for calibration,method 1:F value is 1.00,method 2:F value is 1.02.ConclusionThe optimized preparation method and Chinese Pharmacopoeia calibration method can shorten the calibration time of 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid titrant and improve the work efficiency.
