This paper introduces the current risks of chargers for electric bicycles,analyzes the current status of standards adoption and evaluates the differences between standards.Based on the relevant management regulations,this paper focuses on the industry problems and recommended measures at the time of the release of the mandatory national standard,GB 42296-2022,Safety technical requirements of charger for electric bicycles,including accelerating the guidance of enterprises to adopt standards,conducting risk research and judgment during the transition period,revising the implementation rules for supervision,reviewing and revising the previous standards,strengthening supervision,and promoting the mandatory product certification system.It also predicts the impact of the implementation of the standard on the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
