近年来,二甲基亚砜(DMSO)广泛应用于医药、电子工业和碳纤维领域。现行的国家标准GB/T 21395-2008已无法满足行业发展的需要。对现行的国家标准和企业标准进行了项目及限量的比较,探讨了现行国家标准在执行过程中发现的问题,对透光度、折光率、杂质的试验方法、指标及限值提出改进建议;结合客户对产品的需求,提出增加密度、金属离子含量的建议,并给出试验方法;指出现行标准中存在的其他缺陷,为下一步标准的修订提供参考,使该标准可以为更广泛的用户提供依据,提高产品质量,增强市场竞争力。

In recent years,DMsO has been widely used in the fields of medicine,electronic industry and carbon fiber.The current national standard,GB/T 21395-2008,Dimethyl sulfoxide can no longer meet the needs of industrial development.The paper compares the current national standards and enterprise standards in terms of items and limits,discusses the problems found in the implementation of the current national standard,and puts forward suggestions for improving the test methods,indicators and limits of transmittance,refractive index and impurities.To respond to the customer's demand for the product,it puts forward suggestions to increase the density and metal ion content,gives the test method,and points out other defects in the current standard.It provides reference for the revision of the standard,so that the standard can provide a basis for a wider range of users,improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness.
