甲状腺微小乳头状癌诊断中术中冰冻病理的应用价值体会

Value of intraoperative frozen pathology in the diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma

目的探究甲状腺微小乳头状癌诊断中术中冰冻病理的应用价值,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法98例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者,随机分为A组与B组,每组49例。A组患者实施石蜡切片法诊断,B组患者实施术中冰冻诊断。比较两组诊断准确率、误诊率、漏诊率。结果A组患者诊断准确49例,占比100.00%。B组诊断准确41例,占比83.67%;漏诊4例,占比8.16%;误诊4例,占比8.16%。B组诊断准确率低于A组,漏诊率、误诊率高于A组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者可使用常规石蜡切片诊断、冰冻病理诊断,其中冰冻病理诊断存在一定漏诊与误诊现象,需配合其他诊断方式,提高诊断准确率,促进疾病的治疗。

Objective To investigate the value of intraoperative frozen pathology in the diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods A total of 98 patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma were divided into group A and group B,with 49 cases in each group.Group A was diagnosed by paraffin section,and group B was diagnosed by intraoperative frozen pathology.The diagnostic accuracy,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were compared between the two groups.Results 49 patients in group A were diagnosed accurately,accounting for 100.00%.In group B,41 cases were diagnosed accurately,accounting for 83.67%.4 cases were missed,accounting for 8.16%;4 cases were misdiagnosed,accounting for 8.16%.The diagnostic accuracy of group B was lower than that of group A,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were higher than those of group A.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma can be diagnosed by routine paraffin section and frozen pathological examination,and there are some phenomena of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in frozen pathological examination,promote the treatment of disease.Conclusion Patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma can be diagnosed by routine paraffin section and frozen pathological diagnosis,and there are some phenomena of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in frozen pathological diagnosis.Other diagnostic methods should be combined to improve the diagnostic accuracy and promote the treatment of the disease.
