度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的效果对比

Comparison of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression

目的对比度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的效果。方法150例抑郁症患者,根据随机数字表法分为度洛西汀组和帕罗西汀组,每组75例。比较两组治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、病情严重程度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,临床效果,治疗安全性。结果治疗后,两组HAMD评分明显低于治疗前,且度洛西汀组HAMD评分(10.2±1.5)分明显低于帕罗西汀组的(13.1±1.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,度洛西汀组的病情严重程度明显轻于帕罗西汀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。度洛西汀组临床有效率68.0%高于帕罗西汀组的52.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS、PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且度洛西汀组的VAS评分(2.4±0.9)分、PSQI评分(5.4±1.5)分均低于帕罗西汀组的(2.9±1.0)、(6.5±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,度洛西汀组的副反应量表(TESS)评分为(2.2±0.8)分,帕罗西汀组为(2.1±0.7)分,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论度洛西汀是一种安全有效的新型抗抑郁药,其治疗抑郁症的效果优于帕罗西汀。

Objective To compare the effect of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 150 patients with depression were divided into duloxetine group and paroxetine group according to random numerical table,with 75 patients in each group.Both groups were compared in terms of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score,severity of disease,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score before and after treatment,clinical effect and safety of treatment.Results After treatment,HAMD score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment in this group,and HAMD score of(10.2±1.5)points in duloxetine group was significantly lower than that of(13.1±1.7)points in paroxetine group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the severity of the disease in duloxetine group was significantly less than that in paroxetine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate was 68.0%in duloxetine group,which was higher than that of 52.0%in paroxetine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and PSQI score in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;VAS score of(2.4±0.9)points and PSQI score of(5.4±1.5)points in duloxetine group were lower than those of(2.9±1.0)and(6.5±1.2)points in paroxetine group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,TESS score was(2.2±0.8)points in the duloxetine group,and(2.1±0.7)points in the paroxetine group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine is a safe and effective new antidepressant,and its efficacy in the treatment of depression is better than that of paroxetine.
