摘要
为研究薄煤层工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷围岩变形特征,以永明煤矿3121工作面为工程背景,使用RS2有限元程序建立切顶留巷数值模型,揭示了顶板预裂后巷道围岩应力的时空演化规律和变形特征,分析了顶板预裂的控制效果。研究结果表明,采用切顶卸压沿空留巷技术后,巷道围岩中卸压范围明显增加,钻孔及留巷附近卸压区域增大。通过研究能够对巷道围岩进行有效控制,提高采出率。
In order to study the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the gob-side entry retaining roadway after roof cutting and pressure relief in the thin coal seam working face,taking the 3121 working face of Yongming Coal Mine as the engineering background,the RS2 finite element program is used to establish the numerical model of the roof cutting and roadway retaining,revealing the space-time evolution law and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock stress of the roadway after roof pre-splitting,and analyzing the control effect of roof pre-splitting.The research results show that the pressure relief range in the surrounding rock of the roadway is significantly increased and the pressure relief area near the borehole and the retaining roadway is increased after the roof cutting pressure relief and gob-side entry retaining roadway technology is adopted.Through the study,the surrounding rock of the roadway can be effectively controlled and the recovery rate can be improved.
