高应力软岩巷道准三维预应力锚注加固机理与应用研究

摘要 高应力软岩大变形巷道治理一直是一大难题,本文以山东丰源集团石垭口煤矿1790回风大巷为例,探究了裂隙岩体准三维预应力锚注加固机理,提出了预应力锚注支护方案。围岩变形评价应用效果表明:准三维预应力锚注加固具有改善围岩应力状态、提高围岩自身强度和裂隙抗剪强度的优势。方案实施后顶底板变形量为189 mm,比原方案的围岩控制效果大大提高。 The treatment of roadway with high stress and large deformation in soft rock has always been a difficult problem.Taking the 1790 return air roadway in Shiyakou Coal Mine of Shandong Fengyuan Group as an example,this paper explores quasi-3D prestressed-bolt grouting reinforcement mechanism of fractured rock mass,and proposes a prestressed anchor grouting support scheme.The application effect of surrounding rock deformation evaluation shows that quasi-3D prestressed-bolt grouting reinforcement has the advantages of improving the stress state of surrounding rock,improving the strength of surrounding rock itself and the shear strength of cracks.After the implementation of the plan,the deformation of the top and bottom plates is 189 mm,greatly improving the surrounding rock control effect of the original plan.
