厚煤层大断面空巷支护技术研究与应用

摘要 东曲矿5301厚煤层工作面需要过四条空巷,以往采用打设木垛的支护方式过空巷,支撑强度低,安全性较差,须进行优化调整。从5301工作面过空巷现场实况出发,设计了充填支柱支护技术。实践应用结果表明:工作面过空巷时支架工作阻力稳定,顶底板、两帮移近量在180 mm以下,两帮无鼓帮和片帮现象发生,支护效果理想。 The 5301 thick coal seam working face of Dongqu Mine needs to pass through four empty roadways.In the past,the support method of striking and setting up wooden stacks is used to pass through the empty roadway,which has low support strength and poor safety,and needs to be optimized and adjusted.Based on the actual situation of the 5301 working face passing through the empty roadway,thefilling pillar support technology is designed.The practical application results show that when the working face passes through the goaf,the working resistance of the support is stable,the displacement amount of the roof,floor and two sides is less than 180 mm,there is no bulging and caving phenomenon of the two sides,and the support effect is ideal.
