摘要
为了解决沿空留巷围岩控制难度大、易失稳的问题,以晋邦德煤业10406工作面为背景,采用沿空留巷三要素法,对10406工作面轨道顺槽的巷内支护、巷旁支护和巷外切顶三要素进行参数设计,确定了10406工作面轨道巷围岩控制技术方案。现场工业性试验表明,留巷围岩稳定、变形可控,顶板最大下沉量为312 mm,单体柱回缩量为256 mm。
In order to solve the problem of high difficulty and instability in controlling the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining,taking the 10406 working face of Jinbongde Coal Industry as the background,the three-element method of gob-side entry retaining is adopted to carry out parameter design on the three elements of roadway support,roadway side support and outside roadway roof cutting in the track trough of the 10406 working face,and the technical scheme of surrounding rock control of the 10406 working face track roadway is determined.Thefield industrial test shows that the surrounding rock of the reserved roadway is stable and the deformation is controllable,the maximum subsidence amount of the roof is 312 mm,and the retraction amount of the single column is 256 mm.
