正城煤业提升机恒减速电液控制系统的设计及研究 被引量:1

摘要 正城煤业主副井现用多绳摩擦提升机为恒力矩制动模式,存在制动安全隐患。提出采用具有安全切换功能的恒减速电液制动控制系统,其液控方面设计安全切换恒减速液压站,电控方面选择以PLC为控制器的电气控制模式并对软件设计。经应用分析,恒减速安全制动、安全转换液压站表明该系统能有效避免潜在制动失效的风险,制动液压回路更安全可靠。 The multi-rope friction hoist currently used in the main and auxiliary shafts of Zhengcheng Coal Industry is in constant torque braking mode,which has potential brake safety hazards.The constant deceleration electro-hydraulic braking control system with safety switching function is proposed to be applied.Its hydraulic control is designed to safely switch the constant deceleration hydraulic station.In the aspect of electric control,select the electrical control mode with PLC as the controller and design the software.After application analysis,the constant deceleration safety braking and safe conversion hydraulic station show that the system can effectively avoid the risk of potential braking failure,and the braking hydraulic return circuit is more safe and reliable.
