摘要
针对郭庄煤业1311工作面卸压增透产生大量煤矸石升井引起的人力设备资源浪费、综采效率低下以及地表矸石堆放污染等问题,进行矸石充填与垮落法混合综采工艺研究,实现矸石井下回填。设计“井下煤流矸石分选→充填段矸石破碎运输→混合综采面采煤、矸石充填及特殊地段处理”工艺流程,对工艺实施后的工作面覆岩垂直应力分布进行分析,工艺可行有效。
In view of the problems caused by a large number of coal gangue rising shaft caused by pressure relief and permeability increasing in the 1311 working face of Guozhuang Coal Industry,such as waste of human equipment resources,low efficiency of fully mechanized mining and pollution of surface gangue stacking,etc,the research on the fully mechanized mining technology of ganguefilling and caving method is carried out to realize the backfilling of gangue under the well.Design the processflow of"separation of underground coalflow gangue→breaking and transportation of gangue infilling section→coal mining in mixed fully mechanized mining face,ganguefilling and special section treatment",and analyze the vertical stress distribution of overburden after the implementation of the process.The process is feasible and effective.
