欧亚地区是俄罗斯的传统影响区域,也是俄罗斯外交的着力点。乌克兰危机的爆发和持续,改变了欧亚地区竞争与合作的基本范式,大国竞争转变为多层次代理人竞争,地区制度竞争受限,伙伴竞争增强,双边合作与泛地区合作受到各国重视。在大国竞合变化的影响下,欧亚地区的经济恢复和社会发展受到制约,地区的碎片化和多向化将继续发展。虽然一度成为全球关注的焦点,但欧亚地区的全球地位并未发生变化。乌克兰危机使域外第三方获得了拓展影响的机会,欧亚地区将与大周边地区进一步融合。中国应积极推动欧亚地区合作,努力维护地区秩序的稳定。

The Eurasian region is Russia's traditional area of influence and also the focus of Russian diplomacy.The Ukraine crisis has changed the basic paradigm of competition and cooperation in the Eurasian region.Great power competition has transformed into multi-level agency competition.Regional institutional competition has been weakened,and partner competition has been increased.Bilateral cooperation and panregional cooperation received attention from all countries.Affected by the changes in the competition and cooperation of great powers,the recovery and development of the regional economy is constrained,the fragmentation and diversification of the regional order will continue.Although it once became the focus of global attention,the global status of Eurasian region has not fundamentally changed.The Ukraine crisis gives extraterritorial third parties an opportunity to expand their influence,and the Eurasian region will be further integrated with the larger surrounding areas.China should actively promote cooperation in the Eurasian region and strive to maintain the stability of the regional order.
