一次性包皮环切缝合器对包茎或包皮过长患者并发症发生率及满意度的影响

Impact of Disposable Circumcision Suture Device on Incidence of Complications and Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Phimosis or Redundant Prepuce

目的探讨一次性包皮环切缝合器对包茎或包皮过长患者并发症发生率及满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月我院收治的200例包茎或包皮过长患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各100例。对照组行传统包皮环切术治疗,实验组行一次性包皮环切缝合器治疗。比较两组的手术情况、并发症发生率及对包皮外观的满意度。结果实验组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的19.00%(P<0.05)。实验组对包皮外观的满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论一次性包皮环切缝合器治疗包茎或包皮过长的创伤较小,切口愈合较快,并发症发生率较低,且患者对包皮外观的满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the impact of disposable circumcision suture device on incidence of complications and satisfaction dcgree of paticnts with phimosis or redundant prepuce.Methods 200 paticnts with phimosis or redundant prepuce admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to Dcember 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in cach group.The control group was treated with traditional circumcision,and the experimental group was treated with disposable circumcision suture device.The operation condition,incidence of complications and satisfaction degree to prepuce appearance were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time and incision healing time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 8.00%,lower than 19.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree to prepuce appearance in the experimental group was 98.00%higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Disposable circumcision suture device in the treatment of phimosis or redundant prepuce has the advantages of less trauma,faster wound healing,lower incidence of complications,and higher satisfaction degree to prepuce appearance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
