不同圈套器切除术在结直肠小息肉患者治疗中的出血风险及息肉切除效果比较

摘要 目的探讨不同圈套器切除术在结直肠小息肉患者中的应用价值。方法选择2020年6月至2022年6月于我院行内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)的230例结直肠小息肉患者,其中2020年6月至2021年6月采用普通圈套器的120例患者为对照组,2021年7月至2022年6月采用可旋转电圈套器的110例患者为研究组。对比两组的单个息肉切除时间、息肉切除效果、出血风险。结果与对照组相比,研究组单个息肉切除时间较短,息肉完全切除率较高,即刻出血率较低(P<0.05)。两组的延迟出血率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与普通圈套器相比,可旋转电圈套器的息肉切除效果更佳,且息肉切除时间较短,即刻出血率较低,在结直肠小息肉患者的治疗更具优势。 Objective To explore the application value of different snare devices in the treatment of patients with small colorectal polyps.Methods 230 patients with small colorectal polyps undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected.120 patients used ordinary snare devices from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as control group,and 110 patients used rotatable electric snare devices from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study group.The single polyp removal time,polypectomy effect and bleeding risk were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the single polyp removal time of the study group was shorter,the polyp complete removal rate was higher,and the immediate bleeding rate was lower(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the delayed bleeding rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with the ordinary snare device,the rotatable electric snare device has better polypectomy effect,shorter polypectomy time,and lower immediate bleeding rate,with more advantages in the treatment of small colorectal polyps.
