M22优化强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关性干眼患者的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察M22优化强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)相关性干眼患者的临床效果。方法将82例MGD相关性干眼患者随机分为两组各41例。对照组采用睑板腺按摩及0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液局部点眼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用M22强脉冲光治疗,比较两组的主观症状、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪河高度(TMH)及睑板腺分泌情况。结果治疗后,观察组眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、睑板腺分泌评分低于对照组,泪膜BUT长于对照组,TMH高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论M22优化强脉冲光治疗MGD相关性干眼,可明显增加患者泪膜BUT、TMH,改善睑板腺分泌,缓解患者主观症状。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of M22 optimized intense pulsed light in the treatment of patients with dry eye associated with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Methods 82 patients with dry eye associated with MGD were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meibomian gland massage and 0.3%sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with M22 optimized intense pulsed light on the basis of the control group.The subjective symptoms,tear film break-up time(BUT),tear meniscus height(TMH)and meibomian gland secretion were compared between the two groups.Results Afer treatment,the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score and meibomian gland secretion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the tear film BUT was longer than that of the control group,and the TMH was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions M22 optimized intense pulsed light in the treatment of patients with dry eye associated with MGD can significantly increase the tear film BUT and TMH,improve the meibomian gland secretion and alleviate the subjective symptoms.
