依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗急性重度CO中毒患者的临床效果及对其迟发性脑病的预防作用

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗急性重度CO中毒患者的临床效果及对其迟发性脑病的预防作用。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月我院收治的82例急性重度CO中毒患者,随机分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。对照组采用高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用依达拉奉治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组迟发性脑病发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的17.07%(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗急性重度CO中毒效果显著,可有效促进患者神经功能和日常生活能力恢复,降低患者迟发性脑病发生风险。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of patients with acute severe CO poisoning and the preventive effect on delayed encephalopathy.Methods 82 patients with acute severe CO poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41).The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and the observation group was treated with edaravone on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%,higher than 82.93%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of delayed encephalopathy in the observation group was 4.88%,lower than 17.07%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen has significant effect in the treatment of acute severe CO poisoning,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and daily living ability,and reduce the risk of delayed encephalopathy.
