口服阿托品联合常规加压包扎处理在腮腺肿瘤患者术后的应用

Application of Oral Atropine Combined with Routine Compression Bandaging in Patients with Parotid Gland Tumor afterOperation

目的探讨口服阿托品联合常规加压包扎处理在腮腺肿瘤患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在我院行腮腺肿瘤切除术的90例腮腺肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组术后行常规加压包扎处理,观察组在对照组基础上口服阿托品。比较两组患者术后切口愈合情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组术后24 h引流量少于对照组,切口愈合时间短于对照组,术后14 d美容效果评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后涎瘘、Frey综合征发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的眼压或心率异常发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服阿托品联合常规加压包扎可加快腮腺肿瘤患者术后创口愈合,减少术后涎瘘、Frey综合征等不良反应的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of oral atropine combined with routine compression bandaging in patients with parotid gland tumor after operation.Methods 90 patients with parotid gland tumor undergoing parotid gland tumor resection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine compression bandaging after operation,and the observation group received oral atropine on the basis of the control group.The postoperative wound healing and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The drainage volume at 24 hours after operation of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the cosmetic effect score at 14 days after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative salivary fistula and Frey syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of abnormal intraocular pressure or heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Oral atropine combined with routine compression bandaging can accelerate the postoperative wound healing of patients with parotid gland tumor,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as salivary fistula and Frey syndrome,which is worthyofclinical promotion.
