沉香化滞丸联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Chenxiang Huazhi Pills Combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets in Treatm Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

目的探讨沉香化滞丸联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果。方法选取80例COPD合并胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为两组各40例。除常规治疗外,对照组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用沉香化滞丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、胃肠黏膜功能及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清D-乳酸、内毒素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论沉香化滞丸联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗COPD合并胃肠功能紊乱临床效果显著,能有效改善患者胃肠黏膜功能且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chenxiang Huazhi Pills combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods 80 patients with COPD complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.In addition to routine treatment,the control group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets,and the study group was treated with Chenxiang Huazhi Pills on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,gastrointestinal mucosal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum D-lactic acid and endotoxin levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusions Chenxiang Huazhi Pills combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets has significant clinical effect in the treatment of COPD complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction,and can effectively improve the gastrointestinal mucosal function of patients with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
