体位管理联合阶段式康复护理在颅脑损伤合并脑脊液漏患者中的应用

Application of Posture Management Combined with Staged Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Craniocerebral InjuryComplicated with Cerebrospinal Fluid Leakage

目的探讨体位管理联合阶段式康复护理在颅脑损伤合并脑脊液漏患者中的应用效果。方法将86例颅脑损伤合并脑脊液漏患者随机分为两组各43例。除常规护理外,对照组给予体位管理,观察组给予体位管理联合阶段式康复护理。比较两组患者的相关临床指标、并发症发生率、神经功能及肢体运动功能。结果观察组脑脊液漏持续时间、颅内压恢复正常时间、总住院时间均短于对照组,脑脊液引流量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院期间并发症发生率为4.7%,低于对照组的23.3%(P<0.05)。出院1个月后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,上肢、下肢FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体位管理联合阶段式康复护理可明显促进颅脑损伤合并脑脊液漏患者病情康复,降低并发症发生率,改善神经功能和肢体运动功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of posture management combined with staged rehabilitation nursing in patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with cerebrospinal fluid leakage.Methods 86 patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with cerebrospinal fluid leakage were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.In addition to routine nursing,the control group was given posture management,and the observation group was given posture management combined with staged rehabilitation nursing.The related clinical indicators,incidence of complications,neurological function and limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,the recovery time of intracranial pressure and the total hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the cerebrospinal fluid drainage volume was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during hospitalization in the observation group was 4.7%,lower than 23.3%in the control group(P<0.05).1 month after discharge,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Posture management combined with staged rehabilitation nursing can significantly promote the recovery of patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with cerebrospinal fluid leakage,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the neurological function and limb motor function.
