骨科创伤感染患者负压引流术的集束化护理配合及其应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Cluster Nursing in Vacuum Sealing Drainage for Patients with Orthopedic Trauma Infection

目的探讨集束化护理在骨科创伤感染患者负压引流术(VSD)中的应用效果。方法将70例骨科创伤感染VSD患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理,比较两组的感染控制时间、总住院时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分及不良事件发生率。结果观察组感染控制时间、总住院时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3 d、7 d后,观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为5.7%,低于对照组的25.7%(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可促进骨科创伤感染患者创面愈合,缓解疼痛,降低不良事件发生风险。

Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)for patients with orthopedic trauma infection.Methods 7o VSD patients with orthopedic trauma infection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing.The infection control time,total hospitalization time,wound healing time,pain score,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The infection control time,total hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days and 7 days of intervention,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.7%,lower than 25.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing can promote the wound healing,relieve the pain and reduce the risk of adverse events in patients with orthopedic trauma infection.
