基于舒适护理的保护性约束在神经外科躁动患者中的应用

Application of Protective Restraint Based on Comfort Nursing in Patients with Restlessness in the Neurosurgery Department

目的探讨基于舒适护理的保护性约束在神经外科躁动患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院神经外科收治的200例躁动患者随机分为两组各100例,对照组实施常规约束护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于舒适护理的保护性约束。比较两组患者的躁动程度、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组躁动程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的13.0%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。结论基于舒适护理的保护性约束可有效减轻神经外科躁动患者的躁动程度,降低患者的并发症发生率,提升其护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of protective restraint based on comfort nursing in patients with restlessness in the department of neurosurgery.Methods 200 patients with restlessness admitted to our department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given routine constraint nursing intervention,and the observation group was given protective constraint intervention based on comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The restlessness degree,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the restlessness degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,lower than 13.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction dgree of the observation group was 95.0%,higher than 82.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Protective restraint based on comfort nursing can effectively reduce the restlessness degree,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients with restlessness in the department of neurosurgery.
