早期康复护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿智力与运动发育的影响

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Intelligence and Motor Development of Neonates with HypixeIschemic Encephalopathy

摘要 目的探讨早期康复护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿智力与运动发育的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月我院收治的76例HIE新生儿,随机分为两组各38例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期康复护理干预。比较两组患儿的智力、运动发育情况及神经系统后遗症发生率。结果干预12个月后,两组的智能发育指数(MDI)、运动发育指数(PDI)评分均高于干预前,且观察组的MDI、PDI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预12个月后,观察组神经系统后遗症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.05%(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预可明显促进HIE患儿智力及运动发育,降低神经系统后遗症发生率,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the intelligence and motor development of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 76 HIE children admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intelligence,motor development and incidence of neurological sequelae were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 months of intervention,the scores of mental development index(MDI)and physical development index(PDI)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of MDI and PDI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,the incidence of neurological sequelae in the observation group was 5.26%,lower than 21.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly promote the intelligence and motor development and reduce the incidence of neurological sequelae in HIE neonates,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
