激励模式结合焦点式心理护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Influence of Incentive Mode Combined with Focus Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨激励模式结合焦点式心理护理对老年慢性支气管炎(CB)患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月我院收治的80例老年CB患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施激励模式结合焦点式心理护理。比较两组患者的负性情绪及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激励模式结合焦点式心理护理在老年CB患者中应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of incentive mode combined with focus psychological nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods 80 elderly CB patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received incentive mode combined with focus psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimensions of the generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Incentive mode combined with focus psychological nursing has good application effect in elderly CB patients,and can effectively relieve their negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
