改进护理模式对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复及产后出血的影响

Influence of Improved Nursing Mode on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

目的探讨改进护理模式对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复及产后出血的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2021年9月于我院行剖宫产的76例产妇,随机分为两组各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施改进护理模式,两组均持续护理1周。对比两组术后胃肠功能恢复及产后出血情况。结果观察组腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 h、24 h产后出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改进护理模式可促进剖宫产术后产妇中具有较好的应用效果,利于产妇胃肠功能恢复,减少产后出血。

Objective To explore the application of improved nursing mode on gastrointestinal function and postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 76 puerperae undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from June 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received improved nursing mode on this basis.Both groups received continuous nursing for 1 week.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal distension relief time,recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than thosse in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours afer operation ofthe observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Improved nursing mode has better application effect in puerperae after cesarean section,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reducing postpartum hemorrhage.
