乳腺癌组织中VEGF、ALDH1、BCRP表达与乳腺癌病理特征的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)、乳腺癌耐药蛋白(BCRP)表达与乳腺癌病理特征的相关性。方法选取2019年4月至2022年4月我院收治的90例乳腺癌患者,采集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织,以免疫组织化学法检测VEGF、ALDH1、BCRP表达;另收集乳腺癌患者一般资料,分析VEGF、ALDH1、BCRP表达与乳腺癌病理特征的相关性。结果癌组织的VEGF、ALDH1、BCRP阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。VEGF、ALDH1、BCRP阳性表达与乳腺癌患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级有关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中VEGF、ALDH1、BCRP呈过高表达,三者与乳腺癌临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级密切相关,可能参与肿瘤的发生与发展,临床需予以高度重视。 Objective To analyze the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),aldehyde dehydrogenase 1(ALDHI),breast cancer drug resistance protein(BCRP)in breast cancer tissues and the correlation with pathological features of breast cancer.Methods 90 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected,and the expressions of VEGF,ALDH1 and BCRP in cancer tissues and precancerous normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.In addition,the general data of breast cancer patients were collected to analyze the correlation among the expressions of VEGF,ALDH1,BCRP and the pathological features of breast cancer.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF,ALDHI and BCRP in cancer tissues were higher than those in precancerous normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive expressions of VEGF,ALDH1 and BCRP were correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and histological grade of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions VEGF,ALDH1 and BCRP are overexpressed in breast cancer tissues,which are closely related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and histological grade of breast cancer patients,and may participate in the occurrence and development of tumors,which should be paid great attention to clinically.
