摘要
放射治疗(RT)是肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,胸部RT引起的心血管不良反应综合征,称为放射性心脏病(RIHD),尚缺乏明确机制和防治措施。丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠(STS)是中药丹参的活性成分丹参酮ⅡA的水溶性衍生物,具有多种药理作用,在心血管疾病、肿瘤等治疗中发挥作用。另外,多项研究发现STS具有抗辐射作用,通过抑制氧化、纤维化等机制预防和治疗RIHD。本文将从RIHD的发生和防治、STS药理学作用、STS对RIHD的效应机制方面进行综述。
Radiation therapy(RT)is one of the important means of tumor treatment,and thoracic RT induced cardiovascular adverse effect syndrome,known as radiation induced heart disease(RIHD),still lacks a clear mechanism and prevention measures.Sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate(STS),a water-soluble derivative of tanshinoneⅡA,an active component of the traditional Chinese medicine Salvia miltiorrhiza,has various pharmacological effects and plays a role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,tumors and so on.In addition,several studies have found that STS had anti-radiation effects to prevent and treat RIHD by inhibiting oxidation,fibrosis and other mechanisms.This review will focus on the occurrence and prevention of RIHD,pharmacological effects STS,and effector mechanisms of STS on RIHD.
