产后腹直肌分离患者应用PHENX-USB4电刺激联合Kegle训练的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨产后腹直肌分离患者应用PHENX-USB4电刺激联合Kegle训练的效果。方法 选取120例产后腹直肌分离患者,以随机数字法分为对照组(40例,自助锻炼)、研究组A(40例,神经肌肉电刺激)以及研究组B(40例,神经肌肉电刺激+Kegle训练),对比3组患者各项临床指标。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后3组腹直肌分离距离以及腹围均缩短,且研究组B短于另外两组;视觉模拟评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均降低,且研究组B低于另外两组;治疗后3组各项世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分均升高,且研究组B高于另外两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产后腹直肌分离患者应用PHENX-USB4电刺激联合Kegle训练能有效减轻腰背痛,促使腹直肌恢复正常位置,减少腹围,提高生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect observation of PHENX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with Kegle training in postpartum patients with separation of rectus abdominis.Methods A total of 120 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,self-help exercise),study group A(40 cases,neuromuscular electrical stimulation)and study group B(40 cases,neuromuscular electrical stimulation+Kegle training)by random number table method.The clinical indicators of the three groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the separation distance and abdominal circumference of rectus abdominis in the three groups shortened after treatment,and study group B was shorter than the other two groups.Both visual analog scores and Oswestry disability index scores decreased,and study group B was lower than the other two groups.All the scores ofthe world health organization quality oflife scale increased,and study group B was higher than the other two groups,the difTerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PHENX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with Kegle training in postpartum rectus abdominis separation patients can effectively reduce low back pain,promote rectus abdominis to return to nonnal position,reduce abdominal circumference,and improve quality oflife.
