子宫切除术后电刺激生物反馈联合磁治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病的预防作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨子宫切除术后电刺激生物反馈联合磁治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的预防作用。方法 选取行子宫全切除术的60例患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例,电刺激生物反馈治疗),研究组(30例,电刺激生物反馈治疗联合磁治疗)。比较两组患者的PFD发生率、盆腔器官脱垂(POP-Q)情况、Ⅰ类肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌疲劳度、阴道压力、盆底肌力。结果 研究组患者的PFD发生率、POP-Q评级≥Ⅱ度占比、Ⅰ类肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌疲劳度均低于对照组,POP-Q评级为0~Ⅰ度的占比、盆底肌力分级、阴道压力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈联合磁治疗能提高子宫切除术后PFD患者的肌力及张力,有助于改善盆底功能。 Objective To investigate the preventive effect of electrostimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic therapy on pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)after hysterectomy.Methods The study objects were 60 patients who underwent total hysterectomy,who were divided into the control group(30 cases,electrical stimulation biofeedback treatment)and the study group(30 cases,electrical stimulation biofeedback treatment combined with magnetic therapy)according to the random number table method.The incidence of PFD,pelvic organ prolapse(POP-Q),class I muscle fatigue,class II muscle fatigue,vaginal pressure and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of PFD,the proportion of POP-Q rating ≥ II,class I muscle fatigue and class II muscle fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the proportion of POP-Q rating 0-I,pelvic floor muscle strength grade and vaginal pressure were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrostimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic therapy can improve the muscle strength and tension of patients with PFD after hysterectomy,which is helpful to improve the pelvic floor function.
