针对性护理在女性内分泌失调患者中的应用价值

The application value of targeted nursing in female patients with endocrine disorders

目的探究在女性内分泌失调患者中应用针对性护理的临床价值。方法选取68例女性内分泌失调患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(34例,针对性护理)和对照组(34例,常规护理),均护理1个月。比较两组的护理效果、满意度、生活质量及心理状况。结果观察组护理后总有效率、总满意度高于对照组,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组;相比护理前,两组护理后生活质量评分升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性内分泌失调患者应用针对性护理可提升护理效果和满意度,改善生活质量,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing in female patients with endocrine disorders.Methods 68 female patients with endocrine disorders were selected and divided into the observation group(34 cases,targeted nursing)and the control group(34 cases,routine nursing)by random number table method,nursing for 1 month.The nursing effect,satisfaction,quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,but the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those of the control group.Compared with before nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups after nursing increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application oftargeted nursing for female patients with endocrine disorders can improve the nursing effect and satisfaction,improve the quality oflife,relieve anxiety and depression.
