产科门诊优质护理服务对初产妇认知水平与健康行为的影响

Effects of high quality nursing service in obstetric outpatient department on cognition and health behavior of primipara

目的探讨产科门诊优质护理服务对初产妇认知水平与健康行为的影响。方法选取初产妇60例,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,均30例,对照组开展产科门诊常规护理,观察组开展产科门诊优质护理服务,均护理1个月。比较两组产妇认知水平、健康行为及初产妇对门诊护理工作的满意度。结果与对照组相比较,观察组产妇认知水平得分、健康行为为优的占比、总满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科门诊优质护理服务的开展能够有效提升初产妇认知水平与健康行为,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of high-quality nursing service in obstetrics outpatient department on cognition level and health behavior ofprimipara.Methods 60 cases ofprimiparas were selected.According to the method ofrandom number table,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases.The control group carried out routine nursing in obstetrics outpatient department and the observation group carried out high-quality nursing service in obstetrics outpatient department.All were treated for one month.The cognitive level,health behavior and satisfaction to outpatient nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the maternal cognitive level score,the proportion of good health behavior,total satisfaction in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of high-quality nursing services in obstetrics outpatient department can effectively improve the cognition level and health behavior ofprimipara,improve nursing satisfaction.
