摘要
目的探究心理护理对自然分娩初产妇产后抑郁及分娩后功能恢复的影响。方法选取120例自然分娩初产妇作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例)、观察组(60例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合心理护理。比较两组各项临床指标。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组;观察组产后24 h出血量少于对照组;观察组子宫三径之和小于对照组;与护理前比,护理后两组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分均降低,组间比较,观察组更低;与对照组比,观察组护理满意度更高;与对照组比,观察组护理期间并发症总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可有效促进自然分娩初产妇功能恢复,改善产后抑郁状态,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on postpartum depression and functional recovery of primipara after natural delivery.Methods A total of 120 natural parturient parturients were selected as research objects and divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine postpartum nursing.The observation group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.Blood loss 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The sum of three uterine diameters in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group.The edinburgh postpartum depression scale scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,both decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications during nursing was lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively promote the recovery of maternal function,improve postpartum depression and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications.
