循证管理护理干预对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者心理状态、术后康复及卵巢功能的影响

The effect of evidence-based management nursing intervention on the psychological status,postoperative recovery and ovarian function of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery

目的分析循证管理护理干预对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者心理状态、术后康复及卵巢功能的影响。方法选取卵巢囊肿剥除术患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组(40例,常规护理)、观察组(40例,常规护理+循证管理护理)。比较两组各项指标。结果与干预前比,干预后两组精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑评分及总分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组;观察组术后导尿管留置及住院时间均短于对照组,肛门排气、下床活动及自主排便时间均早于对照组;干预后对照组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者应用循证管理护理可有效减轻对卵巢功能的影响,改善患者心理状态,促进术后康复。

Objective To analyze the effects of evidence-based management nursing intervention on psychological status,postoperative recovery and ovarian function of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery.Methods 80 cases of patients with ovarian cyst removal surgery were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups by random number table method:the control group(40 cases,routine nursing),the observation group(40 cases,routine nursing+evidence-based management nursing).The indicators of two group were compared.Results Compared with before intervention,the total scores of mental anxiety,physical anxiety scores and total scores of the two groups decreased after intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group.After the intervention,the time of catheter indentation and hospitalization of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group,and the time of anal exhaust,getting out of bed and voluntary defecation were earlier than those of the control group.Follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone of the control group increased,and the differences were statistically significant(FV0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based management nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery can effectively reduce the impact of surgery on ovarian function,improve the psychological state ofpatients and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
