产科护理的安全管理与人性化护理的探讨

Discussion on safety management and humanized nursing in obstetric care

目的探讨在产科护理中应用安全管理与人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取120例孕妇作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(60例)、对照组(60例),对照组予以常规护理措施,观察组予以安全管理与人性化护理措施。比较两组各项临床指标。结果对照组护理总有效率为83.33%,观察组护理总有效率为98.33%,观察组高于对照组;对照组护理满意度为80.00%,观察组护理满意度为95.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理中应用安全管理与人性化护理,能够有效提高护理有效率及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of safety management and humanized nursing in obstetric nursing.Methods 120 pregnant women were selected as the study object,and according to the random number table method they were divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).Routine nursing measures were given to the control group,safety management and humanized nursing measures were given to the observation group.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 83.33%in the control group and 98.33%in the observation group,the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%,the observation group was 95.00%,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety management and humanized nursing in obstetric nursing can effectively improve nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
