人性化全面护理对剖宫产术后康复的影响评价

Effect of humanized comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation after cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术后患者实施人性化全面护理对康复效果的影响。方法选取50例接受剖宫产手术的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(25例,常规护理)和观察组(25例,人性化全面护理措施)。比较两组患者护理后康复效果、满意度、疼痛程度以及舒适度量表评分。结果与对照组相比较,观察组患者术后排气时间、首次进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均更短,术后24h子宫底下降高度、护理总满意度更高,术后6h、12h、24h、48 h的疼痛评分均更低;与护理前相比较,护理后两组患者舒适度评分均呈现升高趋势,且观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后患者实施人性化全面护理,有助于降低机体疼痛程度,提升舒适度,且护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation of patients after cesarean section.Methods 50 patients who received cesarean section operation in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(25 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(25 cases,humanized comprehensive nursing measures).The results of postoperative rehabilitation,satisfaction,pain and comfort scale were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative exhaust time,the first feeding time,the time of getting out ofbed and the length ofhospital stay in the observation group were shorter,the height ofthe bottom of the uterus and the total satisfaction ofnursing were higher 24 h after the operation,and the pain scores were lower 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after the operation.After nursing,the comfort scores ofpatients of both groups showed an increasing trend,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized comprehensive nursing for patients after cesarean section is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the body pain and improve the comfort level,and nursing satisfaction is higher.
