摘要
采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法对某起重机用齿轮轴断齿原因进行分析。结果表明:该齿轮轴渗碳层存在脱碳现象,以及心部组织强度偏低是导致齿轮轴断裂的主要原因;金相检验方法在测量渗碳层厚度方面存在局限性。
Chemical composition analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test were used to analyze the causes of tooth fracture of gear shaft for a crane.The results show that the decarburization phenomenon in the carburizing layer of the gear shaft and the low strength of the core tissue were the main reasons for the fracture of the gear shaft.The metallographic examination method had limitations in measuring the thickness of carburizing layer.
